All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

All laser hair removal and other treatment sessions & packages are subject to a non refundable policy. There are no refunds on payments made if the package has not started, started or has been used under any circumstances. 

Refunds will only be approved at the clinic's discretion if (a) it is a initial deposit for a treatment and the treatment has not been provided in any sort of way considering it does not conflict with any other policies, (b) payments for treatment that the client had made in part or full and cannot continue due to external complications (i.e. medical reasons) provided that there is valid documentations and proof. 

Deposits for any treatment or procedure is non-refundable if it conflicts with our 48 hour rescheduling or cancellation policy. The deposit will be held on your file and can be applied with the approval of management.
